    As a professional athlete, I have tried a variety of physical therapy clinics and methodologies. Most places just treat the symptoms of a particular body part or muscle with a cookie cutter approach. Harold and his staff at Balanced Body are much different - they find the root cause of the problem and have a whole body approach that they use to make improvements. They have taught me so much about tissue quality, mobility and movement that has increased my performance, ability to bend and change direction, and ultimately recover after competing.

    I’ve gained a much better understanding of body mechanics in my sport, specifically how my feet are rooted in the ground and how my ankles and calves affect the whole chain. I’ve gained significant flexibility and movement in my feet, ankles, and calves. This has helped take pressure off my knees, hips, and back - especially helpful in the violent world of the National Football League.
